For Indian passport holders · Updated March 2026
Visa Details
A visa is normally required for Indian passport holders to enter Taiwan. However, a 14-day online travel authority (essentially an eVisa) is available to Indian citizens with permanent residency or a valid visa (or one that has expired within the last 10 years) from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Schengen area countries, United Kingdom, or United States. Visas marked 'void', 'canceled', or 'canceled without prejudice' are not eligible for this scheme.
